What you're getting
This is the tier most machines need, and the one that turns a hot, loud, sluggish PC back into a quiet one. Where Bronze wipes and measures, Silver dismantles and fixes.
Everything in Bronze, plus: fans and heatsinks are removed and cleaned properly rather than blown at through a grille, thermal paste is replaced wherever the readings justify it, and every cable and connector gets checked while the machine is open. Then the software side - startup and bloatware audit, Windows and driver updates, storage health - because half of what people call a slow computer is thirty things launching at boot.
You get a short written report: what was found, what was done, and the before-and-after temperatures side by side. Turnaround is typically 2–3 days. If the strip-down uncovers a fault that needs parts, it's quoted separately and agreed before anything else happens.
